Very hit and miss. The management and service have been poor for as long as I've been drinking there (8 years) but it's a handy stop and usually has reasonable Boddies or Bombadier. Sport is always on and can get quite busy on a Saturday but mostly with non-locals

Not very good in all honesty, i waited for ages to be served and when it was finally my turn to served, the barmaid just blanked me and served 2 women who had just arrived!!

I promptly walked out! I'm prepared to give it another try as the atmosphere seemed fairly decent, but another scenario like it and I'm definitely never going again!

Reasonable pint but only seemed to have one cask ale on when I went. The loud music did grate a little but wasn't as loud as some other pubs on Wilmslow Road. Was overflowing with people but most pubs on St. Patrick's Day.

Not a bad pint. Decent prices and the clientel are okay. Good enough for a starter as you head up the crawl

Pub quiz on Tuesdays, about 21.00, very good fun. 1 to enter. The team to beat are the Springfield Isotopes.

Drinks aren't the cheapest, but you can almost guarantee a seat, even on busy evenings.
