| Top quality pub. The best pint of HSB I have had in Pompey. 50p a go pool table and dartboard when its not in use. It can be a bit of a hit and miss pub as in the evening it becomes packed with locals and regulars, but in the day you are likely to find some fine characters. Good prices and great barstaff although the venue gets very smokey in the evening. One of the nicest pub dogs as well, and even though the pub doesnt do food the best chinese I have had in a long time comes from across the road! | The Life O'Riley recently played this venue and found it to be a good, fun venue, with friendly bar staff, energetic but not overly boisterous clientele and it has to be said, it was bloody good fun!!
