| Despite technically being my local, I don't intend to visit here, based on advice from friends: Two of my friends got barred from the place after a local poured their pint over one of them (over a minor misunderstanding IIRC). | A group of us went here last night. It was not at all like dirtydreamer's description. In fact it was a rather boring place and would certainly have been enlivened if it had been as he found it. It seemed to be doing a good trade in food, which didn't exactly look haute-cuisine, but that's probably not what the folk of Saltdean want. Adnam's Best was the only ale on offer and it was just on the poor side of average. We weren't tempted by the 2 for 1 offer on Carling.
