Watched the footie in there with some friends recently. Good pub, staff are friendly. Bit of a poor selection of draught cider / ale, but then this is the same everywhere. Could do with a lick of paint, and a few more tables and chairs!!!!

I spent the whole afternoon and evening there and enjoyed watching the football during the day! Stayed on for the nightlife, which consisted of a DJ playing some cool, funk and jazz. Stayed all night and had a great night and got quite merry! (Doubles were cheap!!!) Staff were lovely and seemed to be enjoying being there, they seemed to have a lot of banter between them and customers! Only black mark i would have is the toilets,me and my girlfriend both said they were a bit grubby, but agreed that it was justified due to amount of customers! On the whole,a great, lively, vibrant bar!

A good pub for watching the football, cricket or rugby. Very well kepted and clean, only small seating area inside, gets a fairly good crowd in on match days. Ale selection consists of Doom Bar.

Large squarish, bare-boarded "sports" type bar with TV screens etc. Best feature is the big expanse of awning-covered decking right on the waterside looking out over the harbour. Great views. A sign says, "We provide the pub, you provide the food!" and most customers seem to during the day - there are many food shops nearby. Not visible from the main street, take the little lane down to the public car park, beside the Grapes... and call there as well!
