| This is definitely the smallest Slug and Lettuce I’ve been in even though the huge mirror on the back wall makes it look bigger and busier. The manager was on the phone when I walked in and he got one of the kitchen staff to pour my pint. She had obviously never done it before as there was more froth than liquid. It was topped up, after asking, with an apology which counts for something I suppose. There are a few tables tucked around the side of the bar with a good view of a plasma screen, but there’s not really that much room around there. I won’t be going back as this is one of the poorest S&Ls I have ventured into, and that is saying something. Strongers - 26 Sep 2008 10:20 |

| Slug & Soulless more like. Draught ws dodgy on the three visits I've had, the service is sullen and moody and the clientele seem to be the kind of people you'd prefer to avoid.
