this pub as recently been took over by a local friendly couple ... it is now clean and tidy and very welcoming . the beer is a good price and a nice pint with a good selection .. there are also 2 or 3 real ales on . oh this pub also has sky sports on 2 big tv's and i am informed that they will be doing food in the near future . give the swan a try ... i am sure you wont be disappointed , i wasnt !

i have been in this pub recently and still needs a refurb but the staff are friendly and the landlady is trying to do all she can to get customers back in, any opinions are welcome and just give it a try. i had never been in until last week and found it to be the most welcoming pub in sutton.

I live very close to this pub, though i don't use it too often. It is clean, but in need of refurbishment. The staff / management could be more polite to strangers also. It is convinient when waiting for a bus. It is listed as a station for wireless internet, though, having changed hands a few times in 2005 / 2006 I'm not sure that is still the case. In late 2005, this has been a meeting place for the weekend sutton pub crawl, and has been known to close early due to lack of trade later in the evening.

Oh dear! Scruffy, unfriendly, full of kids.
