| This pub is great for a quick pint if your changing trains at ford. It was named as there was a Spitfire base across the road which got bombed during WW2 and the pub had a close shave and was named the Shaky Doo as that is RAF speak for a near miss. They have a pool table, and it is Mandatory to sing 'Shaky, Shaky Doo, where are you?' whilst playing.
