| I have never laughed so much at some of these comments. Most are blatantly written by people who haven't been to this pub in years! I visit alot of pubs in Guildford, but this is by far the most friendly. The staff are fantastic and the regulars are welcoming. It's perfect for a quiet drink during the day and very lively in the evenings at weekends. The food is fab and at a very good price. It is also homemade, which very few pubs can claim these days.
