| Liked this pub a lot.Good atmosphere,great music from some of the better bands from years ago(eg Wasted Life-Stiff Little Fingers).stripped down flagstoned bar with a small music venue attached.The 80/- was £2.70 which is slightly above the Edinburgh norm-but its a good pint.worth a visit... | I visited Bannermans on a work trip to Edinburgh and it rocks! By pure coincidence I was there when William Mysterious was playing acoustic and singing on an open mic night - WM being one of my biggest bass playing heroes EVER! Got to shake his hand and tell him that the bass on the Rezillos album is like a train coming through the wall - which it is. Top man. Top bar. Good luck both of you.
