| Well I don't know what's happened to it since the reviews below were given, but it seems to have turned into a backdrop from the film 'Deliverance'! We went there on the strength of the previous reviews and were greeted by those kind of slightly aggressive and leery locals which tell you this is a pub going to the dogs. We felt very unwelcome - like we were an object of curiosity and suspicion. They want to watch the fact they've got those same locals lighting up inside the pub too. | Awesome pub just on the doorstep of wind st. Great service very friendly good to watch the footie in and has a pool table at the rear. It is the type of traditional pub thats relaxing and much different to those new bars on wind street. Glad I found it on this site! mitch31 - 26 Jun 2006 17:56 |
