Just been reading some of the other comments :- In answer to a previous comment by "Guest" Thames Court is reputed to be haunted. Could this be the next setting for the "Most Haunted" team,,,,quick someone call Karl LOL Although never encountered any paranormal activity myself on those crazy Friday nites - only my tongue down some fit boys throat! If I was lucky! LOL catch_yalateraligator - 24 Nov 2009 16:30

In all honesty, I am a fan of this place... Although, I do think it is a little over-rated. In the summer-time, of course it's by the Thames and is a lovely location. The food is standard in my personal opinion. Overall, I have had many good times here and would reccomend it to anyone wanting a pub in a lovely-location. nightsmoker - 19 Oct 2009 00:35
In here last night for a meal . Beers were Pride, Youngs Special and Doom Bar which was ok and a reasonable £2.90. The trouble with this sort of place is that you don't know if it's a pub or restaurant or what. Rather than people going to the bar normally some sort of unofficial single queue has started up, mostly for food I think buy it's a pain if you just want a drink. Meals were as to be expected, puddings were nice. Far from the worst pub/restaurant. Service admittedly was slow and the cute waitress actually refused a tip because of it. Would go back but Sunday evening maybe not the best time. GuideDogSaint - 7 Sep 2009 18:07
Nice pub for a drink after a walk or bike ride by the river. Bar service can be frustratingly slow. Have eaten here a few times but never my first choice for a meal as food is pretty boring and basic microwave pub grub dressed up as restaurant food. Did notice they now have a kids menu but main menu still had same lack of choices and only 1 vegetarian option...lasagna.. sarahfc - 9 Aug 2009 23:07
