| Comfortable, relatively upmarket, pub from the Smith & Jones chain. Reasonably-priced food meant that it was busy at lunchtime, but the blackboards also indicate a range of evening events such as DJ nights and pub quizes. Several rooms and alcoves, leaving the horseshoe-shaped bar as a central island (although this is not obvious until you have a good look around). | Good pub for a beer, a bit of food and watching the football (one of the few places to watch the sport in Sevenoaks). Very large pub with different areas to sit in, including areas away from the TVs. Food not bad and usually 3 or 4 real ales to choose from. PapaC - 5 May 2009 21:32 |
| Very nice pub. Staff seems to be really kind. Two friendly bouncers, the white one opens doors almost everytime when I go out for a fag (really kind of him), the black one does very nice welcome greetings. I spend there almost every weekend. John_Preston - 8 Nov 2008 03:04 |
