Still good. Great theme nights such as Elvis and Hoola Boogie, good cocktails, lovely staff, open till 3am. Perfect cheesy party venue when you're looking for something a bit different. vinrouge - 9 Feb 2006 17:48
This place rocks! Live music, good cheap cocktails and the atmosphere is fantastic. Definately worth a look in if you want a break from the british summer. Look forward to spending many long evenings here. dangerboyjim - 3 Aug 2005 13:29
Love it. They've gone whole hog with the decor, even have hawaiian shirts on the table footballers, and so you spend much of the time stupified by what's going on around you. But the atmosphere is great and if you're in a big group its very funny. Kind of garish and out of place but in a great british way fasteddie - 12 Jul 2005 13:18
I had been walking past this place for months when I stumbled in with a group of friends a couple of months ago. Despite the fact we were the only people in there (it was a tuesday) the decor is out of this world, and created all the atmosphere you could ever want. Over the top is an understatement. Happy-hour coctails named and served with non-ironic 70's kitsch are a refreshing change to london's clone-ikea-minimalist bars. Lots of odd corners to discover, friendly bar staff, but dubious music policy. Still, really well worth a night out for the decor alone. A refreshing change in the heart of Kennington. vinrouge - 8 Mar 2005 20:56
