| this pub is a disgrace and should have been shut down manyh years ago! i would strongly advise anyone going here unless you have a death wish. full of chavs and underage drinkers which the managers dont seem to care about. he pub has soo much potential but unfortunatley nobody seems to care about it enough to make it a better place. its lost its soul and become a pub with no character just full of chavs. avoid at all costs. the purley arms or the edge on the other hand are very close by and completley different in comparisson. aim for them instead. dontbeangry - 4 Apr 2012 21:04 |

| Popped in this pub after hearing about new management last Sunday lunchtime. What a transformation, a perfect pint of Doombar , nibbles on the bar and what seemed like a constant supply of delicious roast potatoes. This is how all pubs should be on Sundays.
