| Billed in the Camra guide as a 'French style pub', this is not in fact the case. It simply has a few French nick nacks inside and out. Basically, it is an english pub/restaurant with the emphasis on food. Having said that, the beer was excellent. The bar staff informed me that the name was changed by a former licensee and they have simply stuck with it. Worth a visit to eat, but not much of a pub atmosphere. Jimbo Smith - 14 May 2004 19:10 |
