Since 2005, many years has been past , I just stopped to say that I wonder about Martin (the best landlord/owner/manager there) his wife Nickie, the kids...I miss this place a lot, shame that Patrick (frenchman manager) finished with the place. All Ladbrokes Hampton's branch staff miss the place. Cheers forever!

Back in 2005 I'll give 10 stars because of Matin, the original and the first landlord there. But the new guy Patrick, the frenchman was a completely disaster! No stars, ZERO stars for Patrick's management. Back in 2005, Martin and his family behind the wheel...what a place to be before Hampton's kick off! What a place! But this Patrick, frenchman, finished with the pub...it became a brothel!!! Now closed, converted to flats because of Patrick! I used to drink there everyday when a worked for Ladbrokes nearby the station. Cheers Martin, from your plal, Steve Mansell.

Have just discovered that this pub is to be converted to flats, which is surprising given its recent re-painting. I'd never drink in a place like this, but it's nonetheless a beautiful building and it'll be one more pub going under. Plans are available in Hampton Library for anyone who's interested.

also by the way this has been my local for years and there has been a great change in this place and it has a more warm feeling to it. there has been no fight in here for the last four months.
