Called in off chance on the way home on Thursday night, good honest pub grub, can recommend the home made steak and ale pie (made with Brains dark mild) Three good ales on which staff were knowledgable about and gave free tasters. To top it all a cracking four piece Irish band with a open session on every Thursday, will be back next week with my accoustic guitar.
In all well worth a visit, Chris and Nigel the hosts very friendly and welcoming as were the regulars on the evening, went home tired and happy after having had a pint or two in front of the roaring log fire.

I have just read the reveiws on this page and cant believe that you are refering to this pub. i visit here quite regulary and ive had no reason to complain. the new owners have certainly given the pub a much awaited lift and it looks great. the food is always of a high standard and at a reasonable price.
the kids love going outside on the bouncy castle and playing on the equipment. ive just recently held a party there and it was well catered for and the staff offered as much help, all guest has a great night, this is the pub to visit in the future and i would highly recomend it to any one. well done new owners.

The Full Pitcher has been the best pub in Ledbury since the new owners have taken over. The food is excellent and portions are big for there price, so i don't see why anyone would want to complain. The service is excellent especially the waitress. Its a friendly atmosphere and the staff are willing to do anything to help. The pub is always clean and is a good safe enviroment for children. I take my children there often and they never get bored with all the facilities available to them.

I totally disagree with most of the comments about this pub. I drink here often and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The beer is very good in perticular the Abbots Ale which is as good a pint as you will find anywhere in the county. The food which I have eaten here has always been excelent! especialy the sea bass!
The atmosphere is friendly and if you are new to the area or just passing through you will find a warm welcome from staff and regulars alike. The current owners have not been there long and are turning the pub into the pub people alwasy hoped it would be. While things may not always be perfect I find some of the comments that people have made about the full pitcher to be vindictive and highly unjustified.
I say call in for a great pint or some good home cooked food and you won't be dissapointed!

I totally disagree with the three previous postings, found the staff to be warm and friendly and knowledgeble about the real ale they serve, cracking pint of Abbots, food is slow but worth the wait genuine homecooked food (not microwaved) good garden, smoke area, child and dog friendly, will definaetly call when I am in the area again.
