| Not impressed. I visited whilst checking out the Swan and Talbot as we have moved into the area. The barmaid eventually interrupted her conversation and deigned to serve us. No hello, please or thank you...not even a smile. That really ticks me off as I make the effort to be polite to people - it doesn't cost and is simple politeness.
