| Im not sure i agree about the toilets, they always seem grim to me, also the hygiene rating for the kitchen is only one star out of five on the council website and this might explain it - i think that the crown has slipped a bit here, and the feathers is now the best pub in Ricky! | Best pub in Ricky with a very attractive interior, and sensible two bar arrangement one for the youngsters with large screen sport TV the other for drinkers and diners with nooks and crannies.Range of real ales ,I had the Hare Raiser which was good and was offered a promotion voucher of buy 3 pints get fourth free.Excellent idea.Didnt try food but menu also looked good.Friendly welcome. | Probably the best pub in Ricky. Nice atmosphere and well kept beer. Shame that I have to always stay on the guest beer, as Greene King Abbot and the perennially insipid "IPA" are the other two options. The toilets issue has definitely been sorted with a recent refurb following flooding! davvac - 28 Apr 2009 21:34 |
| very pretty and nice but small pub, food excellent and atmosphere usually good.éxcept when overcrowded and you cant get a seat. womens toilets are awful however..they stink and are around the back and down alot of stairs... lucywillow - 1 Mar 2009 17:09 |
| Nice interior. Comprehensive wine list (although house wine is uninspiring). Good menu which represents good value for money. I dont particularly find the staff very polite or helpful. daniel_mulholland - 28 May 2008 21:46 |
