| Now taken over (about June/July 2007) by Greene King and refurbished inside and out. Have not had a drink in there yet but going by other Greene King recent acquisitions should improve rapidly. | I stumbled into it for a quick pint. Drank it left no bother. A few days later I see it Britains Hardest Pubs and was a little surprised.
