Excellent quality, shame about the price. A very nice pub indeed just wish they would lower there prices because like the last comment stated 80p for a pack of crisps is over the top. It does repel the chavs though

Lovely building and beer garden. However very over priced, also had bad experience there today as barman gave me change for £5 when I gave him £10 for a pint. It was not busy at the bar, in fact I was only one there to be served, and as soon as he served me tried to disappear. Possibly an honest mistake, but I doubt it. Sahme that staff can let down an otherwise resonable place.

PS 80p for a small bag of crisps is just greedy

Really nice pretty pub with awesome garden. Nothing bad to say other than the interior is fairly small so I imagine in winter it gets very crowded. But this would only be because I imagine lots of people would want to come here on a regular basis. Very quiet and worth a visit in summer for sure.

This is a great pub, we had a big garden BBQ / party here last year (wedding reception) and the staff couldn't do enough to help us.

As a pub its great, good selection of beers and food, and always friendly.

Well worth it.

After reading some of the reviews i was quite hesitant about going to this pub. I had heard some great reviews from friends but was slightly put off when reading some of these comments. Well say no more. This is a beautiful little pub and i really cannot understand about the cliquey regulars!??! I found it to be nothing but a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The bar staff are really friendly. I had a meal with my family and i would certainly come back, they have changed the menu since the last time i was in there, much better choices. Overall a great, cosy pub with lovely log fire. I have since been coming back on a regular basis and will do as long as the management stay the same. Would recommend, do not listen to some of these comments, go and find out for yourself. They have an amazing garden and cover on the patio.
