| Paid a late-afternoon visit this afternoon. I'm from outside the area (Wendover/Aylesbury), and my friends who live around the corner had commented on the refurb and the quality of the food. We'd already eaten, but popped in for a couple of drinks and a chinwag. Hats off to Richard and Teri - in its previous guise, I'd never have dreamed of drinking here. But it has been transformed into a thoroughly decent put. Four ales on - 3 usual suspects (GK IPA / London Pride / Bombardier), and one unusual guest (Butcombe Gold).
