Very expensive, and the bar staff are obnoxious. I wont be going back and my recommendation would be not to bother either.

There are many better bars in Farringdon.

Seemed ok when we first walked in and we wondered why the 3.5 star rating was there, soon found out.
Food was ordered and out came something that was almost completely different. We were told that because we touched it they wouldn't take it back! After 10 minutes the manager came and gave us a refund.
The place is fully seated upstairs with a small dance floor and some decks downstairs. Can you not have the speakers upstairs on a lower volume so you can actually speak to one another!!
Crap place, will not return

Don't go to this pub. The staff are extremely rude, the food is below par, especially for the price and the service isn't great. Example: my friend ordered some hummous, it didn't come for at least 20 mins whilst the rest of her food did. When asked where the hummous was, the waitress replied that they had run out.... She had obviously not thought it was worth telling us that.....
The guy at the bar completely ignored me for far longer than necessary and we received no acknowledgement when we left. Rubbish.

I once saw Darren Anderton in here (that was after I saw him in the Pitcher & Piano in Liverpool Street) as an indication of what level it is aiming at.

Dingy, no draft beers, costly and last time I went in there (which was a while ago) they add 12% for EACH table service.

People are better off trying some of the other decent boozers around that neck of the woods (Sutton Arms or Fox and Anchor for instance) that have more character, honest food and some decent ales. Although, to be fair, I suppose that is not what many people want from a watering hole.

This place seems nice enough, then you realise that there isn't enough room for the number of people they allow in. Lots of pretentious clowns in there, with barely any social skills
