| May be aimed at older people but I am 19 and live in the Uni halls nearby - me and my mates love it for a quiet evening drink, then stop off at the best chippy ever on the way home!! | Oh my word... I've lived in Mossley Hill all my life.. (born '76) This pub is definately 30+ more like 60+, it is definately placid, and a good place to start your night off (briefly), but as for the beatles... well that it definately doesn't reflect... not one bit.. more to the point, Penny Lane is 10 minutes away, and worlds apart. My advice is give this pub a miss, I go there because it's the nearest one to my house! It's VERY clicky, (everyone knows eveyone else!) even I feel an outsider (thankfully).
