It's now a Slug and Lettuce, who obviously don't pay the money to update this site! It has become the preferred starting point for many of my colleagues, mainly because they do cocktails and Peroni on tap, which seems to be the current fashionable pint. Very pricey, nearly £4 for one of their more exotic lagers. Food is also pricey but, in my experience, you get large portions and one of their sharing platter will easily go between six. crazyk - 28 Oct 2008 16:59
This does not exist any more. It has been taken over by another chain who's name escapes me. Gorblessyouguvnor - 29 Oct 2007 13:53
Much nicer now it has been turned into a Slug and Lettuce McDrunk - 3 Aug 2007 15:13
Shut as a Hogshead and re-opening as a Slug and Lettuce in a few days time. anonymous - 7 Jul 2007 15:30
Very pleasant on a warm sunny lunchtime when they open up the front and you can sit on the comfy seats in the warm and watch the world (well Beckenham) go by! andrewm - 9 Apr 2007 09:17
