Efficient but friendly staff. The carvery meal is relatively cheap as today's prices go, but if you're looking for high class cooking, look elsewhere. Menu quite interesting and probably better value for money. Standards are about the equivalent of the chain carveries (eg Harvesters)

I'd go the Marquis for a cheap Sunday lunch when I didn't want parking hassle.

Nice staff.
We revisited this restaurant and the menu was more extensive, but went for the carvery meal.
All the food was overcooked and watching the meat being carved it just crumbled off the knife. Some of the vegetables were recycled.
Although the meal was cheap I would rather pay more for a decent meal.
Will not visit this place again !!!!

DONT GO!
Worst pub I have ever visited - food disgusting.
This was the first time I have walked out of a restuarant or pub, after taking the first taste of my main course.
Full of pensioners who have obviously lost their taste buds!
