| It's not a pub in the true sense of the word, it look's more like a coffee shop that sells ale instead of coffee. A Beer Shop, if you like. It doesn't have a lot of character, and the staff, while in no way rude, looked like they wanted to be almost anywhere else. Having said that, it's not unpleasant. | Best selection of beer you will find in the area. great choice of wine and all the usual stuff. its a real family run place where everyone is friendly. Never any hassel with a great mix of ages from 18 to 80 and everyone gets on. women fill safe having drinks on there own as there is no hassel. anonymous - 1 Sep 2005 13:48 |
