| Went there with my girlfriend ordered two cokes as we were both driving. The barmaid gave us glasses covered in soap from the washer. I asked for clean glasses and she said 'It is only soap from the washer'. She never offered an apology, and when I complained by email to the chain, I did not get a reply.
