A very overated dump, poor beer and terrible smell of greasy food.

yes i agree with the commments on here about the fighting. lots of rowdy young men around this pub. I would prefer to get some cans and sit in my garden.

worst pint of tetleys ive ever tasted. it had no taste and the head was was just froth. next round i got a carlsberg which was also worst ive had. it was flat with no head and had a nasty taste. i left that and went and got a bottle of bud, thinking that i couldnt go wrong with a bottle. how wrong i was, after waiting 15 mins to be served it was overpriced, warm and out of its best before date. that was the final straw and we left. outside a gang of lads were fighting so we quickly walked off. i hope that maybe we just visited on a bad day for the sake of the pubs future.

Fair cross section of ages, busiest pub in the area by some way, way over the top Xmas deco's!

Cramp, smokey and full of locals. However, a decent pub with a decent pint. Well priced and has quiet room, fruit machine and good selection of beer.
Old style decor, but a modern pub in this area would be madness.
Rammed on New Years eve and such like.
Easy parking and decent Fish and Chips 1 minute away.
