Not before time, Brooks Bar has closed. No doubt it will be soon be revamped, rebadged and claim back it's brawling clientelle. Cheap beer usually comes at a price and the 'Blob Shop' as it's known to most has attracted a market sector it will find hard to shake off.

This place is absolutely diabolical. Frequented by tramps, with a "let's get out of here" atmosphere. The only redeeming feature is that a pint of lager at 99p is cheaper than a half (£1)!
