I have recently been to this pub as it was a friends birthday. It is a nice clean pub, with friendly locals. I dont get out much but when i do i will most certainly use this pub, GREAT atmosphere NO trouble and my husband said the beer is good!

i have been in there quite a few times and it is a lovely pub. the new governors are really nice and are running the pub brilliantly. the atmosphere is good and there are often things such as pool teams, dart teams and card teams which many people enjoy. the brickmakers arms is a pleasent place to drink in.

no one has rated this pub latley so i feel the need to update any future custom. The facilities have been expertly improved and the decor invigorated. for example the 'umbrella' seems the place to be and the 'apples and pears' are without equal. now being a 'brickie' is like being party to a royal p**s up! the crowd are few but the privalage is uncountable. So a trip to the 'Brickies' for a 'newun' would result in a friendly and compulsive urge to return. all that are welcome should expect an outsiders ironic welcome. the most enjoyable evening awaits,as dave will ensure a littery free passive surrounding.

Hmm, this one was certainly a "locals'" pub. Got the evil eye from several punters when I walked in last Saturday night. Some woman got onto the seat and pulled her trousers down, lovely. But apparently this pub's pool team is well good.
