Good service on a Thursday lunchtime. The guest ale waas Boston Bridge "Silver Medal Ale", which quenched the thirst nicely. jbsjazzer - 10 Oct 2007 10:01
It was a good day for Wick when this company took over the old Post Office. They turned it into a delightful place to have a pint of real ale and excellent food at great prices anonymous - 11 Mar 2007 13:44
I quite often visit this pub its still a decent place for real ale and good value meals , the service can sometimes be very slow . If you dont have a lot of time try somewhere else . johnrhynie1 - 23 Nov 2006 23:28
Good Wetherspoons - they've taken a run down building in the centre of town, spent a small fortune on it, and now there's a great pub to visit after going to the shops! anonymous - 26 Oct 2006 17:31
Probably the only place in Wick that a pint of real ale can be found amongst the ocean of the big T. If they have got it on, try the dark island - magic brew. Too family orientated for my liking but there is very little choice in Wick and the so called manager was a bumbling idiot, who appeared to be more interested in fauning over the Polish bar maid than serving a pint. mothola - 23 Mar 2006 15:52
