This is a decent enough place for a station pub and the Guinness I had was well served. There are two hand pumps, one of which was serving up Pride and the other was unused during my visit. There is a pool table and a dartboard along with some plasma screens and Sky Sports. There is also a paved beer garden out the back with some covered seating. I wouldn’t make an effort to return here, but it would relieve some of the anger if the tube was screwed and I had to wait around for a while. Strongers - 13 Jul 2009 15:28

Definitely an old mans pub. The staff are lovely but the owner certainly isnt, and likes to pick on customers for an argument/fight. Good prices but they don't serve any food even though they r supposed to elena4 - 27 Mar 2008 21:42
as mentioned below. cheap beer , pool table , good football pub , mainly west ham but a few totts n gooners as well. juke box , quiz machines. pubs by stations are usually a bit dicey but the railway bell is a decent boozer. lot of the older generation in there for the cheap meals and beer during the day , so it hasn't priced out the local community like most of the poncy chain / gastro pubs normally do. slurper01 - 28 Aug 2007 15:54
