| Yeah, it could do with a makeover. And yeah, it would be good to have real ale. But given the logistical restrictions this bar has to deal with (it's in an amusement arcade!), the staff do a great job! Will be back in Sandown shortly and will say "Hello" again! | Called in to Scruffy Jacks in February to find lovely friendly bar staff and a great view of the bay. Also one of the cheapest pubs we visited on the island. Not much choice of ales and the decor was a bit dated, but its certainly a place I'd go back to all the same. DudleyC - 6 Apr 2011 10:36 |
| Always worth a visit, brilliant staff and a great view of the beach etc. You can even order food from the cafe opposite and they serve it to you at your table in the bar. The whole Pier is great value for money and the pub is the icing on the cake :) kjdj - 16 Jan 2008 22:12 |
