| We were very disappointed with the Jack Russell. We had phoned on Sat evening to book Sunday lunch with daughter and partner. We were delayed 40 minutes by a motorway accident. Arrived 1:10, no roasts available at all. Had to wait 50 minutes for food. Had to get wine list ourselves. Had to remind staff we'd requested water. Rump steak was poor - grisly and 'well done' though asked for medium rare. Waitress had to be reminded to provide steak knife. Towards end of wait for food saw others served roast.
