This really is a poor pub. I felt like I was walking into the set of Eastenders - a real edgy Cockney atmosphere, Dads sitting around 'with their boys' scratching their tatoos. No real ale to speak of. Overpriced lager. Bad karaoke. Avoid. redjim73 - 17 Apr 2008 09:32

Popped in on a Thursday lunchtime for a workmate's final day. Dead quiet, almost tumbleweed blowing across the bar - essentially an old fashioned Victorian boozer, great unfulfilled potential. No cask ales, Guinness was palatable. Ignore all anonymous comments, they're worthless. Rich66 - 8 Nov 2007 21:05
This pub is noisy, lacks any cask ale, and therefore has no appeal to me. MrGerbil - 20 Oct 2007 15:47
