Love this pub on a Friday night and I disagree about the live music- thats what keeps us going back and although not much room the atmosphere is great and quality of bands are excellent. The Old Rosie Cider is rather good as well! lindamon - 20 Jan 2010 11:19
Definitely the best pub in Whitby as far as I am concerned. A very good selection of well kept beers. We visited several times over a long weekend. 11 out of 10 8100bob - 13 Dec 2009 16:56
Brilliant pub. We went there every day/night of our holiday in Whitby. Very friendly and excellent barstaff who remembered our order the second time we went in there! We felt like locals by the time we left and even entered the Christmas Draw! metalligoth07 - 18 Nov 2009 12:28
Possibly the only pub in this town I would consider crossing the road for. Possibly. The line up of beers was much the same as when archivist visited in July, with the addition of daleside blonde instead of the golden pippin (a blessing). We managed to sample most of them. All bar one were good, but nothing to write home about. I'd like there to be a bit more variety in beers and style. I would suggest giving the live music a miss, but the pub quiz is worth giving a go. doncaosdelanada - 3 Sep 2009 23:31
The Station Inn has everything you need for a good day out, beer is first class and loved the small room at the front, had a couple of pints of real ale as the pub is called the Station it is very close to getting back on the train, I suggest you try this place out. Looks very much like a local, everyone seemed to know each other and very friendly. postiebob - 17 Aug 2009 16:18
