| Hi Dan Well, what can I say. Went in at about 6.30pm today to have a couple of pints while waiting for my wife but, and I will quote what your barmaid said to her colleague as I left when Bombardier ran dry and she looked at me as if she had been working 8 straights hours without a break and asked if I wanted anything else! "I couldn't be bothered to change the barrel". Lovely staff you have working there. Customer service Zero. Been living in Colliers Wood for 6 years and used to come in quite often, but with staff like yours it's probably easier to pop to Tescos. | Hey guys, Wow...lot's of comments, good and bad. Hi, Andy has indeed left and I've taken over. After 14 years of living in the Wood, I'm trying to create a great pub, where you'll get good service, good food and good times. Know I'll never please everybody, but if you fancy a chat and a beer please do pop in and ask for Dan. Will never slag off other places in the area because we all work damn hard to please you guys. | Haven't visited this pub yet but their Latin subscript is a bit cosmic: "Oves Optimae Sunt" i.e. Sheep Are Best. Is this some covert and demeaning reference to their customers or (worse yet) to the reputed habits of some members of one of the great Rugby nations? (Yes I know a Tup is a ram i.e. male sheep).
