| Used to regularly visit this pub - food is of good quality, beer is well tended. Have been put off by a rather draconian policy with regards to food orders at busy times which shows a complete lack of business sense not to mention courtesy. After finding a table in the dining area I was told that they couldn't serve food as they were fully booked (?). No effort to squeeze us in was made - (despite already being sat down) would have been happy waiting for an hour for what would have been two simple meals.
