Cannot be sold as a pub no more but it shouldn't stop you budding brewers out there from buying the place and turning it into a brewery. It's a nice building and I think you would get it for a fantastic price given recent events. The people of Droylsden are getting a taste for real ale and this could be a good buy.

Up for sale or to let. It will take a brave person to take this on. The only way i can see it turning around is if it was to turn to real ale and put belgium and german bottles in the fridge to price the numpties out. Its been done before and can be done again with a good landlord. Its bang outside the new Metrolink stop for Droylsden and with Camra looking for a pub to put on there new Real ale tram stop leaflets for the East Manchester line this could be an option. I think Jenics are selling it and it might go for a good price. http://www.jenics.com/available-properties/

Scumhole. Most decent people I know around Droylsden would rather slash their wrists than go drinking here. I also heard about the shooting there on the news of one of the regulars who was at this dump and judging by the sort of people who went there it would not surprise me that the guy had it coming one way or another.
Avoid unless your a dope head or general lowlife then you'll love it.

Mentioned on BBC national news today following a murder in the pub last night. Four people shot, one died.
BBC didn't mention the beer!
