| Very friendly pub that is handy for the railway station. I often pop in here if I have a spare few minutes to wait for the train to Bury St Edmunds. They have at least 4 cask ales on and 4 ciders as well. The staff are always pleasant and amiable. Professor_Peach - 6 Jan 2012 10:22 |

| A pub that has opened and bucks the recent trend of familiar pub closures, must be doing something right? Great varietal beer choices always two offerings from Woodfords at the weekend and three others cask options with a concentration on locally sourced and equally important sensibly priced brews. The resulting pints are consistently well kept and you benefit from this dedication to quality driven by a landlady who really knows her ale.
