| The dingy dump across the road has, fortunately, shut down. The Plough remains a reasonable pub, a good choice of food, some well kept real ales and some nice outdoor seating for the good weather. The upper and lower bars are quite different in character, perhaps hardly surprising as I was told the upper bar was once the landlord's living room in times past! lutefisk - 7 Feb 2012 14:03 |
