Visited again on my latest holiday in Sheringham. Brilliant again, very busy on a Tuesday night and there were two real ales (think they were Rockin Rudolph and an IPA). Only downside was Villa scoring a last gasp winner in Caribou cup semi against Leicester!

After checking out a few other pubs, it became obvious The Tyneside club was the place to watch live football. We were in Sheringham for a few days whilst The blue boys (Leicester City FC) happened to be away at the Scousers.. 50p to be signed in, cheap beer and friendly locals, so we had a great night. I personally didn't see any real ales, only Tetley and Mild (Ansells?). I stuck to the mild which was very nice and cheap compared to pub prices. There was another large room, so possibly more beers in there.. Definitely recommended, and The Foxes got a point against a Liverpool team currently top of the league (29/1/2019)

This is the place to drink away from the town's many tourist trap pubs. Excellent selection of real ales and a genuinely friendly service. The place is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well run. Best of all there's none of that irritating piped-music that pollutes the town's pubs. All I could hear was intelligent conversation; sheer bliss. I've visited on many occasions and I can assure you that it is not full of drunks as previous 'revue' states. You will not find a better kept or cheaper pint of real ale in Sheringham!
