| Wests is an odd pub, the surroundings are great, the soaring roofs and church architecture give it the edge over some other pubs in Chichester for character, but the service can be appallingly slow. The circular bar seems to create the effect that the staff rarely know who to serve next because the customers rotate around it desperately trying to get their attention! Having said that they keep some good beers and a new menu of top pub grub including a well-stocked salad bar if that takes your fancy.
