| First the good points. The beer, I had Harvey's Best, was it fantastic condition. The pub was clean, tidy and well decorated. In fact it looked like the new(ish) encumbrances have spent some money. Now the bad points. There were far too many staff, 3 behind the bar a waitress (or two),a chef and KP and one or two other 'nondescript' people running about. The 'hosts' were more interested in 'swanning around lording it' with their friends than running the pub!!! It's a crying shame, this pub has promise despite it's out of the way location. You get the impression that the current owners are only playing. With experienced food operators this would be a great destination house.
