| My wife and I stopped by the Half Moon Inn in Ryton on our way to Hadrian’s Wall and were very impressed with the welcome we received and the excellent choice of real ales. The staff really knew their stuff and we spent a very pleasurable hour or so in front of a blazing log fire with the daily papers. Best of all, though, was that the pub’s dog friendly policy meant our Labrador was welcome too! muglet1 - 5 Mar 2010 14:43 |
