It would be a nice pub if the " barman " would actually serve punters instead of ignoring them while he carries on doing whatever.

Don't let the semi tidy exterior fool you, this 'pub' is frequented by the very worst dregs of society Winchester has to offer.

The licence application for the current owner (downloadable for anyone to view at the Winch City Council website) says:

'reported issues with criminal damage, drug use, organised drug selling & intelligence, alcohol sold to underage people etc etc...

It also reports that there have been numerous incidents at the other 3 pubs the landlord has run.

Run by scum, frequented by scum, scumbag pub.
