As far as a I know this pub is OPEN for business, it was closed a while ago while they were painting it up, looks very nice.

Real shame to see another good one going Top quality ale well kept once again a village pub going down the pan due to locals not supporting it
300 new homes and not one new punter
Looks like its going to be converted in to a B&B a real shame

Unfortunately the D&P lease is up for sale ( 30 year free of tie lease ) which is a real shame as Lea & Ken have made it into a really welcoming pub with fantastic quality and range of ales.
ENJOY THIS LOCAL GEM WHILST IT'S STILL THERE, YOU'LL MISS IT WHEN IT'S GONE...!!!!
