| Poor old Shady Oak, once a Cheshire favourite is now in a state of tatty disrepair. Has a great canalside location with iconic views of mighty Beeston Castle. Unfortunately the beer was not in a great condition, the Cheshire Cat, light at the best of times, was watery. The place was also swarming with sticky fingered yapping children scrabbling of the dirt of the beer garden. Someone come along and save the Oak.
