| Closed again, another pub in Droylsden/Audenshaw that used to be good before someone decided to adapt policies that ended up turning it into a dive. kip2011 - 3 Jan 2012 11:33 |
| Now selling Marstons pedigree on cask at £2 pound a pint. Caskales - 5 Sep 2011 13:50 |
| Fairly nondescript pub on the border of Droylsden and Audenshaw. It’s quite wide and narrow with the long bar facing you as you enter. There’s a games room with a pool table and a table football. The main lounge has a number of slightly worn tables and chairs but is fairly comfortable. What wasn’t comfortable on Friday was that there was a DJ playing in the area to the right with far too much volume. There’s a large beer garden to the right and rear which looks pleasant. It’s a keg only pub now, it wasn’t always, but it now attracts a younger clientele who only drink lager. It’s not great and I wouldn’t bother, even Droylsden has several better pubs.
